Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate and build relationships with top-quartile tech sales professionals.
  • Consult with candidates on their background and career aspirations to match them with portfolio companies.
  • Provide support in areas of resume polish, interview strategies, and coaching.
  • Provide candidates with nuanced career advice and market insights.
  • Help coach and provide mentorship to Sales Development Representatives.

    Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of high-performing sales or recruiting experience.
  • High intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Resourceful and creative prospecting abilities.
  • Self-starter; ability to ask for what one needs.
  • Team player who shares in their peers' successes as well as their own.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change; coach-ability is key.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong closing skills.
